Start-up-and-adjustment works

DE "Start-up-and-adjustment department " OJSC UTEM provides the complex of start-up-and-adjustment works: 

Analysis and control: 

• Analysis of projects, proposal of measures for improvement of design documentation;
• Check-in examination of equipment;
• Development of technical precommissioning documentation, operation manuals and diagrams;
• Technical supervision of erection of equipment and pipelines of power enterprises;
• Technical management of post-erection washings,  blowing-down, individual testing of equipment and pipelines, functional testing of systems and equipment, complex testing of built and under reconstruction power objects;
• Preparation of axonometric diagrams and forms for spring tension of  support-suspension system of pipelines;
• Correction of operation manuals based on the results of start-up-and-adjustment-works and regime testing.

List of start-up-and-adjustment department:

• Adjustment of gas distribution points, their control-and measuring instruments and automatics;
• Adjustment of water treatment plants for boiler equipment;
• Direct measurements of content of nitrogen, sulfur, carbon compounds and other harmful elements in smoke gases of boilers and industrial gas emissions;
• Start-up-and-adjustment works on heat power equipment, pipelines, electric technical equipment, measurement means and automation of power objects after erection, reconstruction and repair as well as on equipment and pipelines using natural gas with pressure up to  12 kgs/sm2, liquefied gas with pressure up to 16 kgs/sm2, blast furnace and coke gas;
• Rendering the engineering support to erection and operating organizations during construction and putting into operation of power objects;
• Examination and adjustment of hydraulic and temperature regime of heating systems;
• Energy audit of power and industrial enterprises;
• Regime and ecological and heat mechanical testing of boiler equipment of power and industrial enterprises;
• Measuring of position in space of surfaces and axis lines of shaft of power equipment, as well as measuring of coaxiality of channels of nuclear power reactors by means of special optical equipment.
